Layaway
Guitar Guys L.L.C offers 90 day layaway. In store or over the phone, make a 20% down payment and have 90 days to pay off the remaining balance. After the 20% down payment, there is no minimum payment required as long as the layaway is paid in full within the 90 day promotional period. All layaway items stay in store, until all items are paid for in full. Layaways that require shipping will be pack and shipped as soon as the layaway is paid in full. Each customer may only have one active layaway at a time. All cancelled or incomplete layaways are subject to a 20% restock fee.
Synchrony Financial*
Through Synchrony Bank, Guitar Guys L.L.C allows customers the option to apply for interest free financing. Any customer who wishes to use our financing program, must be present in store with 2 valid forms of identification with expiration dates to fill out the Synchrony Financing application. All application are subject to credit approval. Application only take 5-10 minutes to fill out and offer instant results. Upon approval, customers will be able to use their new synchrony account that day on any purchase.
All Synchrony transactions are based on 18 months terms and require at least a $28.00 per month minimum payment. As long as all synchrony transactions are paid in full within the 18 month promotional period, there will be no interest applied to the purchases. If a customer does not complete all payments on time or within the 18 month promotional period, back interest will be applied to the entire purchase for the full 18 months.
Once a customer is approved, they will be given a balance that is reusable only at Guitar Guys L.L.C . As payments are made or credit is available, customers may make additional purchases using their synchrony account and with be given the same 18 month promotional period starting that the time of the purchase.
After a transaction is completed using Synchrony, all payments will be made through the customers Synchrony account and through Guitar Guys L.L.C.
Trade In*
Guitar Guys L.L.C accepts trade in on new and used gear. Customers wishing to trade in their gear must bring the item(s) they are wanting to trade to the store to be evaluated in person. At Guitar Guys, there is no set percentage or rate for trade ins. All trades are based on a case to case situation. Used value is determined by condition and is compared to competitive asking prices on the used market. Once a used retail price is determined, a trade in value will be decided based on what item(s) a customer is trading towards. Customers are more than welcome to call or email the store to see if their trade in item(s) are being accepted at the time, but all prices and trade in values must be determined in person.
